Abstract:
Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce je zanalyzovat stávající logistické systémy výrobního podniku KandCo, a zjistit, zdali existují nějaké nedostatky a navrhnout změny, aby se tyto nedostatky odstranily. Dalším cílem mé práce je zaměřit se na klíčové oblasti, jako je skladování, stav zásob, nákup, informační systémy, a snížení nákladů spojených s těmi procesy. The main goal of my Diploma Thesis is to analyze current logistics systems of the manufacturing enterprise KondCo, understand its operation and recognize strengths and weaknesses it might have in order to find out if there are any shortages, and suggest changes for the improvement.
