Multi-Axis Operations for Manufacturing on a Mill-Turn Center

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce byla výroba dílu podle technické dokumentace na soustružnicko-frézovacím centru DMG NTX 1000. V teoretické části byly objasněny technologie frézování a soustružení, problematika CNC strojů a jejich programování. Praktická část byla zaměřena na výrobu a její přípravu. Nejprve byl vytvořen technologický postup výroby a určeny potřebné nástroje. Poté se pokračovalo tvorbou programu pomocí dílenského programování v systému Celos a jeho následným odlaďováním. Na závěr po vyrobení dílce bylo provedeno zhodnocení časové náročnosti výroby.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis was the production of a part according to the technical documentation on the turning-milling center DMG NTX 1000. In the theoretical part there were explained the technologies of milling and turning, the issue of CNC machines and their programming. The practical part was focused on the production and its preparation. First, the technological process of the production was created and the necessary tools were determined. Then the creation of the program continued with workshop programming in the Celos system and its subsequent debugging. Finally, after the production of the part, an evaluation of the time required for production was performed.
