Diplomová práca sa zaoberá vplyvom deregulácie hospodárstva na uplatňovanie hospodárskej politiky. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá dôvodmi regulácie hospodárstva v zmysle poznatkov ekonomickej teórie.
