Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití Firebase ML a dalších technologií AI (artificial intelligence) při vývoji Android aplikací. Práce zahrnuje analýzu vybraných technologií, návrh řešení a implementaci aplikace demonstrující praktické využití funkcionalit, jako je rozpoznávání textu a detekce objektů. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit přínos umělé inteligence pro vývoj mobilních aplikací a poskytnout konkrétní postupy pro jeho efektivní využití. Součástí je návrh a vývoj aplikace zaměřené na efektivní integraci umělé inteligence s důrazem na výkon a uživatelskou přívětivost. Výsledkem je aplikace, která ukazuje praktické využití předem natrénovaných modelů strojového učení. Význam práce spočívá v popularizaci snadno použitelných AI nástrojů v mobilním vývoji a v rozšíření povědomí o výhodách integrace AI do aplikací, které jsou dostupné širokému spektru uživatelů a vývojářů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the usage of Firebase ML and other AI (artificial intelligence) technologies in Android application development. The thesis includes an analysis of selected technologies, a proposed solution, and the implementation of an application that demonstrates practical use cases such as text recognition and object detection. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the benefits of artificial intelligence for mobile development and to provide concrete guidelines for its effective integration. The work includes the design and development of an application aimed at integrating artificial intelligence efficiently, with an emphasis on performance and user-friendliness. The result is an application that showcases the practical use of pre-trained machine learning models. The significance of this thesis lies in promoting easy-to-use AI tools in mobile development and raising awareness of the advantages of integrating AI into applications accessible to a wide range of users and developers.
