Práce je zaměřena na projekt SEPA, který je projevem samoregulace bankovnictví na evropské úrovni. Jeho cílem je, aby přeshraniční platby v eurech probíhaly za stejných podmínek, jako platby tuzemské, a byl tak učiněn další krok k harmonizaci evropského bankovnictví a využití potenciálu, který v sobě nese vytvořený jednotný trh Evropské unie. The thesis is aimed at the project SEPA, which regulates banking sector in Europe. Its aim is to harmonize national and cross-border payments in Europe and intensify the integrated European Union market.
