Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou péče o nezralé novorozence s retinopatií. Teoretická část se zabývá specifiky nezralých novorozenců, embryologií oka a především sítnice. Popisuje klasifikaci, patogenezi a léčbu retinopatie. Shrnuje ošetřovatelskou péči o nezralé novorozence na jednotce intenzivní péče, intermediální péče a standardního oddělení. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the care of immature newborn with retinopathy. The theoretical part deals with the specifics of immature newborns, the embryology of the eye and especially the retina. Describes the classification, pathogenesis and treatment of retinopathy. It summarizes the nursing care of the immature newborn in the intensive care unit, the middle care, and the standard department. …more
