Characteristics and specifies of Hustopečsko wine tracks

Abstract:

Literární část práce pojednává o mikroregionu Hustopečsko, jeho historii a současnosti z pohledu pěstovaných odrůd. Dále o jeho poloze, klimatických, geolo-gických a půdních podmínkách pro pěstování révy vinné. Přehled viničních tratí u obcí sousedících katastrálním uzemím s Hustopečemi. Experimentální část je rozdělena na rozbory hroznů, kde sleduji cukernatost, pH, titrovatelné kyseliny a asimilovatelný dusík. Druhá část se skládá z rozborů půdní struktury, obsahu minerálních látek, pH, humusu a půdního sorpčního komplexu.

Abstract:

In the literary part of this bachelor thesis there is described microregion of Hus-topeče, their historic and present varietal compositions, location, climatic, geologic and soil conditions as methods of good wine production. The thesis consists of an overview of contiguous wine locations in area of Hustopeče. The research of this thesis is divided. First part of the research consists of grape analysis and there are described results of residual sugars, pH, titric acids, and yeast assimilable nitrogen. The last part of the work was the soil analysis of samples as structure, minerals, pH, the amount of organic nitrogen and sorption capacity.
