Ve své práci se zaměřuji na problematiku pracovněprávních vztahů, které vznikají mezi zaměstnancem a zaměstnavatelem. Dále se zde zabývám příjmy ze závislé činnosti fyzických osob a jejich zdaňováním po novele v roce 2008
Abstract:
In my diploma work I deal with the matter of labour-law relationships that originate between employee and employer. In the following I will consider incomes from dependant activity of individuals and their taxation after the acceptance of Novel 2008.
