Abstract:
Byl optimalizován postup izolace škrobu z kaštanu koňského (Aesculus hippocastanum) a z mouky kaštanu setého (Castanea sativa). Izolované škroby byly charakterizovány pomocí skenovacího elektronového mikroskopu a termogravimetrické analýzy. Z těchto dvou škrobů byly připraveny hydrogely na bázi kopolymeru škrobu, kyseliny akrylové a akrylamidu pro potenciální využití v zemědělství. U hydrogelů byl …more
Abstract:
The isolation of starch from horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) and from edible chestnut flour (Castanea sativa) was optimized. The isolated starches were characterized using scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.
