Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou subjektivně vnímaných změn v mezilidských vztazích a zachycením aktuálního stavu v průběhu hospitalizace u pacientů s dg. paranoidní schizofrenie a u pacientů s dg. akutní psychotické poruchy. Cílem předkládané práce bylo zjistit, jaké se u těchto dvou skupin pacientů objevují interpersonální tendence a jaké jsou jejich interpersonální orientace, respektive jestli se objevují rozdíly v těchto tendencích a orientacích podle diagnózy. Dalším cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, zda pacienti vnímají změny v mezilidských vztazích během hospitalizace a probíhající léčby akutní fáze onemocnění. Ve výzkumu jsme používali testové metody: Freiburský osobnostní dotazník FPI, Dotazník interpersonální orientace FIRO-B a Dotazník interpersonálních hodnot SIPO. Ke kvalitativnímu hodnocení subjektivně vnímaných změn u pacientů během hospitalizace jsme použili polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Zjistili jsme, že pacienti s dg. akutní psychotické poruchy dosahují významně nižšího skóre v oblasti interpersonální orientace vztahování se k druhým lidem. Nenalezli jsme žádné významnější vztahy mezi jednotlivými interpersonálními tendencemi, orientacemi a rysy osobnosti u obou skupin pacientů. Také jsme nenalezli významné rozdíly v dalších interpersonálních tendencích a orientacích u těchto skupin pacientů. Z kvalitativní analýzy rozhovoru jsme zjistili rozdíly v četnosti výskytu subjektivně vnímaných změn u pacientů v rámci pohlaví, diagnóz a průběhu onemocnění.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the analysis of subjective perceived changes in interpersonal relationships and capture the current state during hospitalization in patients with dg. paranoid schizophrenia and patients with the diagnosis acute psychotic disorder. The aim of this study was to determine which interpersonal tendencies appears in these two groups of patients and chat are their interpersonal orientation, or whether there are differences in these tendencies and orientations within the diagnosis. Another aim of the research was to determine whether patients perceive changes in interpersonal relationships during hospitalization and ongoing treatment of acute phase of the disease. In our research we used the following test methods: the Freiburg Personality Inventory FPI, Questionnaire of interpersonal orientation FIRO - B and Questionare of interpersonal values SIPO. For qualitative assessment of subjective changes in patients during hospitalization we used semi-structured interview. We found that patients with the diagnosis acute psychotic disorder achieve significantly lower scores in the interpersonal orientation in realtion to other people. We found no significant relationship between interpersonal tendencies, orientations and personality features in both groups of patients. Also, we found no significant differences in other interpersonal tendencies and orientations in these Gross of patients. On the basis of qualitative analysis of the interview we found differences in the frequency of subjectively perceived changes in patients within gender, diagnosis and process of the dinase.
