Lifelong Learning and Education at the Faculty of Management, its Importance, Focus and Expected Development

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu stávajícího stavu celoživotního vzdělání (CV) na Fakultě managementu (FM). V teoretické části sumarizuje obecné poznatky o CV, věnuje se systému CV v ČR a historii CV na FM. V praktické části zkoumá dvě skupiny zájemců o CV na FM, a to účastníky U3V a zaměstnance FM. Cílem práce je na základě výzkumu uvést doporučení do budoucna pro obě tyto skupiny. Výzkum je proveden jako sběr primárních dat pomocí dotazníku, vyhodnocen je formou grafů a také slovních odpovědí respondentů. Práce potvrdila stoupající zájem seniorů o U3V a zmapovala potenciální zájem o nově zaváděný systém vzdělávání zaměst-nanců . V závěru práce uvádím doporučení pro vzdělávání zaměstnanců a U3V.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the analysis of the current state of lifelong education (LE) at the Faculty of Management (FM). In the theoretical part summarizes the general knowledge about the LE, describes the LE system in the Czech Republic and the history of the LE on the FM. In the practical part, it examines two groups interested in LE on FM, namely U3V participants and FM employees. The aim of the thesis is to provide recommendations for the future for both groups. The research is performed as a collection of primary data using a questionnaire. The form of evaluations by graphs and also by the respondents' verbal answers. The thesis confirmed the increasing interest of seniors in U3V and outlined the potential interest in the newly introduced employee educating system. At the end of the thesis I present recommendations for educating system of employees and U3V.
