Old age pension in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá starobním důchodem v České republice. Především se věnuje podmínkám vzniku nároku na starobní důchod, jeho výpočtem a řízením o starobním důchodu, které provádí Česká správa sociálního zabezpečení.
Abstract:
This rigorous work describes and explains the concept the old-age pension in the Czech Republic. Primarily, it analyzes claim conditions of the old-age pension, its calculation and the proceedings process executed by the Czech Social Security Administration.
