Film producer's Strategy Influenced by Piracy. Legal Actions of Jan Svěrák against Share-rapid.cz
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the impact piracy on Czech movie producers and their strategies. It is mostly a case study of the producer Jan Svěrák and his legal actions against pirates. Problem of piracy is divided into four perspectives, which state current Czech movie industry influenced by piracy.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa sústredí na vplyv pirátstva na českých filmových producentov. Primárne spracováva prípadovou štúdiou o producentovi Janovi Svěrákovi a jeho súdnych sporoch s pirátmi. Problém pirátstva rozoberá zo štyroch perspektív, ktoré objasňujú súčasný pirátstvom ovplyvnený český filmový trh.
