Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou instituce veřejného ochránce práv v České republice a jeho pravomocemi. Cílem je identifikovat problémové oblasti, popř. navrhnout opatření v oblasti pravomocí funkce veřejného ochránce práv. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the institution of the Public Defender of Rights in the Czech Republic and his powers. The aim is to identify problem areas, or. to propose measures in the area of the powers of the Ombudsman. The theoretical part of the thesis acquaints with the institution of the Public Defender of Rights, defines his role, powers and the very origin of the institution. …more
