Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku tržního oceňování při zajištění hypotečního úvěru. V první, teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsán hypoteční úvěr jako takový, jeho definice, výše úrokových sazeb, doba splatnosti a formy splácení. Ve druhé části jsou popsány způsoby a metody oceňování nemovitostí a požadavky banky kladené na tržní ocenění. V závěru teoretické části je pak popsán postup banky …more
