Preparation for pressure tests
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje návrh přípravku umožňující provedení tlakových zkoušek svarů, dvou různých druhů nátrubků vík reaktorů VVER 40 a VVER 1000, po provedení jejich opravy. Součástí je návrh variantních řešení, výběr nejoptimálnějšího řešení a MKP analýza jednotlivých součástí sestavy přípravku. K práci je přiložena výkresová dokumentace.Abstract:
The bachelor thesis contains a design of preparation enabling the pressure tests of welds for two different types of pipes of the lids of VVER 40 and VVER 1000 reactors, after their repair. Including of this thesis is the design of variant solutions, selection of the most optimal solution and FEM analysis of each components of the product assembly. Drawing work is attached to the work.
