Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce zkoumá právní úpravu místního referenda v ČR. Dále tato práce porovnává právní úpravu referend v ČR s právní úpravou referend ve vybraných zemích Evropy.
Abstract:
This diplom thesis examines the legal regulation of the local referendum in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, this work compares the legislation of referendums in the Czech Republic with the legislation of referendums in selected European countries.
