Selected Problems of Industrial Designs and Utility Models Protection in the EU
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce s názvem "Vybrané otázky průmyslových a užitných vzorů v EU" je analyzovat základní pojmy v oblasti práv duševního vlastnictví, a to zejména pojem průmyslový a užitný vzor. Další část práce se zaměřuje na jejich evropskou a mezinárodní ochranu. V poslední části jsou uvedeny příklady rozhodnutí Evropské soudního dvora.
Abstract:
The aim of the submitted thesis „Selected problems of Industrial and Utility Models Protection in the EU“ is to analyze the main terms of the Intellectual Property rights (especially industrial design and utility models) and their protection on the European and international level. In the last chapter there are examples of practices of the European Court of Justice.
