Cílem mé diplomové práce je, věnovat se činnosti složek státní správy, rozboru jejich funkčnosti a dopadům finančních škrtů. Zároveň přiblížím zákony a opatření, které se týkají úspornosti v těchto sférách. Snahu odborových organizací o zrušení těchto zákonů a návrhy na možné změny. The aim of my thesis is to address the activities of the state administration, analysis of their performance and impact of financial cuts.
