Specifics of startup project management
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na specifika spuštění a řízení startupového projektu. V práci jsou popsaný jednotlivé činnosti, které je nutné vykonávat pro úspěšný start a fungovaní projektu. Zároveň jsou v práci analyzovány faktory ovlivňující úspěch startupů po celém světě a metodiky řízení.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the specifics of starting and managing a startup project. The work describes the individual activities that must be performed for a successful start and operation of the project. At the same time, the work analyzes the factors influencing the success of startups around the world and management methodology.
