Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zátěže a stresu v pracovním životě manažerů konkrétní organizace. Cílem práce je aplikace osobnostní typologie manažerů organizace v kontextu zvládání zátěže a stresu, identifikování jejich vztahu k sobě i vykonávané profesi, jejich schopností, osobnostních dimenzí, temperamentů a míry odolnosti vůči stresu. Dílčím cílem je návrh opatření a metod, jak se zátěží pracovat, jak rozvíjet potenciály a kompetence manažerů s ohledem na jejich reakce na stres a změnu, odolnost vůči stresu, temperament, ochotu ke spolupráci. Pro naplnění cíle práce je v teoretické části zpracována literární rešerše na základě české i zahraniční odborné literatury a zdrojů. V empirické části je proveden kvalitativní výzkum zaměřený na osobností profil konkrétních manažerů, následně jsou analyzovány výsledky výzkumu a na závěr formulována návrhová opatření.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of workload and stress in the working life of managers of a particular organization. The aim of the thesis is to apply the personality typology of the managers of the organization in the context of stress and stress management, to identify their relationship to each other and their profession, their abilities, personality dimensions, temperaments and level of resistance to stress. The sub-objective is to propose measures and methods to work with stress, to develop potentials and competences of managers regarding their reactions to stress and change, stress resistance, temperament, and willingness to cooperate. To fulfil the aim of the thesis, the theoretical part of the thesis includes a literature search based on the Czech and foreign literature and sources. In the empirical part, qualitative research is carried out focusing on the personality profile of specific managers, then the research results are analysed and finally design measures are formulated.
