Abstract:

EPPINGER, Anastassiya. Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s rakovinou žaludku. Vysoká škola zdravotnická o.p.s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Karolina Moravcová, PhD. Praha.2022. 60 s. Tématem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s karcinomem žaludku. Práce je rozdělená do dvou části, a to na praktickou a teoretickou část. Teoretická část pojednává o anatomii a fyziologii žaludku, předkládá stručný přehled charakteristiky onemocnění, poukazuje klasifikaci rakoviny žaludku, její diagnostiku a terapie. Popisuje také prognózu karcinoma a prevenci. Ošetřovatelská část práce je zaměřena na specifika péče o pacienta s touto diagnózou, výživu a psychologii onkologicky nemocných. Praktická část je zpracovaná metodou ošetřovatelského procesu za využití koncepčního modelu M. Gordonové u pacienta s karcinomem žaludku, který byl hospitalizován na chirurgické JIP. Podle stanovených ošetřovatelských diagnóz pomocí ošetřovatelské zdravotnické dokumentace a komunikaci s pacientem, popisuje ošetřovatelský proces a realizaci ošetřovatelské péče. Cílem uvedené části je posouzení celkového stavu na základě zhodnocení současného zdravotního stavu hospitalizovaného člověka, stanovení ošetřovatelských diagnóz a jejich cíle, sestavení plánu ošetřovatelských intervencí s jejich následnou aplikací a vyhodnocením. Na konci praktické části týto bakalářské práce jsou navržena doporučení pro praxi pacienta, jeho rodinné přislušníky a pro všeobecné sestry.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is nursing care of a patient with stomach cancer. The work is divided into two parts, namely the practical and theoretical part. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and physiology of the stomach, presents a brief overview of the characteristics of the disease, points out the classification of gastric cancer, its diagnosis and therapy. It also describes cancer prognosis and prevention. The nursing part of the work is focused on the specifics of care for patients with this diagnosis, nutrition and psychology of cancer patients. The practical part is processed by the method of the nursing process using the conceptual model of M. Gordon in a patient with gastric cancer who was hospitalized in the surgical department. According to the established nursing diagnoses using nursing medical documentation and communication with the patient, it describes the nursing process and the implementation of nursing care. The aim of this part is to assess the overall condition based on the evaluation of the current state of health of the hospitalized person, determination of nursing diagnoses and their goals, compilation of a plan of nursing interventions with their subsequent application and evaluation. At the end of the practical part of this bachelor thesis, recommendations are proposed for the practice of the patient, his family members and for general nurses.
