Hlavným cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je poskytnúť prehľad o posúdení významu a vlivu účinku prechodu vlastnického práva – s obmedzením na verejnú dražbu- na občiasnko právne vzťahy dotýkajúce sa predmetu dražby.
