Activities of registry offices in the Náchod district

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na činnost a úkony, které v rámci příslušných právních norem náleží matričním úřadům. Matriky jsou velmi významnou částí veřejné správy v České republice, konkrétně jde o vnitřní správu. Teorie lehce nastíní samotnou historii matrik, jejími stěžejními body bude především přiblížení nejen pojmů z matriky, ale i provádění základních činností spojených s touto oblastí vnitřní správy. Cílem práce je osvětlení a seznámení se s velmi významným odvětvím veřejné správy, konkrétněji s jedním z institutů vnitřní správy, kterou matriky beze sporu jsou. Praktická část přiblíží činnost 14 matričních úřadů v okrese Náchod, na základě provedeného dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the activities and acts that are the responsibility of the registry offices under the relevant legal norms. The registry offices are a very important part of the public administration in the Czech Republic, specifically the internal administration. The theory will lightly outline the history of the registry offices themselves, its main points will be an introduction not only to the concepts of the registry office, but also to the implementation of the basic activities associated with this area of internal administration. The aim of the thesis is to shed light on and familiarize oneself with a very important branch of public administration, more specifically with one of the institutes of internal administration, which the civil registry is undoubtedly. The practical part will present the activities of 14 registry offices in the Náchod district, based on a questionnaire survey.
