Abstract:
Město Žďár nad Sázavou má sice zpracovaný Strategický plán rozvoje města, oblast kultury je v něm ale zpracovaná velmi obecně. Tato práce si klade za cíl popsat postup, východiska a metodiku strategického plánování kultury. Dále zkoumá možnosti implementace strategických plánů vyšších územních celků. The town Žďár nad Sázavou has processed „The Strategic Plan of Development“ though, but the culture is semi-finished there. This thesis describes process, resources and metodology of culture strategic planning. It examines the possibilities of implementation of strategic plans of higher territorial units.
