Záměrem práce bylo porovnání jednotlivých referend z hlediska místa konání, které mají zakotvení v právním řádě České republiky. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to compare different types of referendum, based on geographical aspect, which all have legal basis in the legal order of the Czech Republic. First type of referendum, state referendum, is held in the whole area of the Czech Republic and deals with issues common for all citizens of the country.
