Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza pojmu „zaměřování podnikatelské nebo profesionální činnosti v členském státě, v němž má spotřebitel bydliště“ v kontextu Nařízení Řím I a také v kontextu Nařízení Brusel I a Brusel I bis. The subject of this diploma thesis is to analyse the concept of „directing commer-cial or professional activities in the Member State of the consumer’s domicile“ in the context of Rome I Regulation and also in the context of Brussels I and Brus-sels I recast Regulations.
