Abstract:

Cíl: Prevence ve zdravotnictví představuje soustavná opatření zabraňující nemoci, jejímu rozvoji a vzniku komplikací. Účinná preventivní opatření znamenají pro společnost ekonomický přínos. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit informovanost respondentů dvou ordinací praktických lékařů ve městě Vratimov o preventivních prohlídkách. Metodika: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo celkem 481 respondentů ve věku od 18-89 let. Dotazníkové šetření bylo realizováno od 1. 11. 2015 do 31. 1. 2016 pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku, rozděleného zvlášť pro muže a zvlášť pro ženy. Data byla zpracována pomocí programu MS Excel a prezentována v četnostních tabulkách. Výsledky: Šetřením bylo zjištěno, že veřejnost je velmi málo informována o preventivních prohlídkách a to nejen o obsahu preventivní prohlídky, ale i o možnosti se jí účastnit. Dále byly zjištěny rozdíly mezi muži a ženami v přehledu obsahu preventivní prohlídky a návštěvnosti ordinace lékaře za účelem preventivní prohlídky. Ženy mají větší přehled o preventivní prohlídce a ke svému zdraví přistupují zodpovědněji než muži. Motivačním prostředkem pro klienty, kteří nedocházejí pravidelně na preventivní prohlídku, je zaslání pozvánky přímo od lékaře. Závěr: Kvalitní preventivní péče a dobrá spolupráce klientů jsou důležitou součástí výzkumného procesu. Prevenci a preventivní péči považujeme za stěžejní k ochraně a k upevnění zdraví.

Abstract:

Aim: Prevention in health service represents permanent arrangements prevent disease, its progress and origin of complications. Effective preventive arrangements mean economic contribution for our society. The aim of practial part of work was to find out the knowledge of respondents of two surgeries of practising physicians about preventive medical examinations in town Vratimov. Methodology: Research group included 481 respondents of age from 18 to 89 years. Questionnaire survey was realized from 1st November 2015 to 31st January 2016 via unstandardized questionnaire devided for men and for women. Data were made using MS Excel program and presented in the frequency tables. Results: By this research it was found out that the public is not much informed about preventive medical examinations, not only about their content but also about possibilities to attend them. There were differences between men and women in information about the content of preventive medical examination and visits surgeries for this examination. Women have better information about preventive medical examination and they are more responsible to their health than men. Tool of motivation for clients who don´t attend preventive medical examinations regularly is sending letter of invitation right from their doctor. Conlusion: High-quality preventive care and good cooperation of clients are the important part of the research process. We consider prevention and preventive care to be the main tool for protection and fixing our health.
