Komplexní metodika návratnosti investice do robotických řešení v průmyslových podnicích

Abstract:

Předložená disertační práce se věnuje problematice návratnosti investice do robotických řešení v průmyslových podnicích. Cílem práce je tvorba komplexní metodiky, zaměřené na hodnocení návratnosti robotizace v průmyslových podnicích. Metodika představí ucelený soubor ukazatelů, které sledují návratnost ze tří úhlů - času, absolutně (v peněžních jednotkách) a relativně (v procentech), dále identifikuje a klasifikuje faktory specifické pro robotizaci, které metodika využívá pro zpřesnění výpočtu jednotlivých ukazatelů. K ověření metodiky bylo sesbíráno šest rozsáhlých případových studií robotizace pracovišť, na kterých byla porovnána výchozí metodika s nově navrženou metodikou. Práce potvrdila předem stanovené hypotézy, že podniky zanedbávají mnoho finančních faktorů specifických pro robotizaci při výpočtu návratnosti, dále že výstupy stávajících metodik návratnosti se od nové metodiky významně odlišují, a nakonec, že podniky shledávají klíčové faktory robotizace jako zjistitelné. Přínosem práce je praktický nástroj pro finanční hodnocení návratnosti robotizace.

Abstract:

The submitted dissertation deals with the issue of return on investment in robotic solutions in industrial enterprises. The goal of the work is the creation of a comprehensive methodology, focused on the evaluation of the return of robotization in industrial enterprises. The methodology will present a comprehensive set of indicators that monitor returns from three angles - time, absolute (in monetary units) and relatively (in percentages), and further identify and classify factors specific to robotics, which the methodology uses to refine the calculation of individual indicators. To verify the methodology, six extensive case studies of workplace robotization were collected, in which the default methodology was compared with the newly proposed methodology. The work confirmed the pre-established hypotheses that businesses neglect many financial factors specific to robotization when calculating returns, further that the outputs of existing return methodologies differ significantly from the new methodology, and finally that businesses find the key factors of robotization to be detectable. The contribution of the work is a practical tool for the financial evaluation of the return of robotics.
