Diurnální preference neboli chronotyp představuje upřednostňovanou denní dobu pro optimální výkon. Abstract:
Chronotype refers to individual’s temporal organization and preferred timing of sleep and activity. The distribution of chronotypes in a given population is largely regulated by endogenous (circadian clock, age and sex) and environmental influences (e.g. light exposure).
