Bakalářská práce se zabývá integraci národnostních menšin do struktur Policie České republiky. V práci jsou rovněž vysvětleny stěžejní pojmy, jejichž znalost je pro správné pochopení práce téměř nezbytná. Stěžejní části práce je projekt, který se zabývá přípravou občanů národnostních menšin k přijetí do služebního poměru Policie ČR. This bachelor's thesis deals with integration of national minorities into the structures of the Police of the Czech Republic.
