Defense Associations and Their Place in Education in the Zlín Region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem branných spolků ve vzdělávání s konkrétní lokací Zlínského kraje. Teoretická část předkládá teoretická východiska a základní pojmy související s problematikou andragogiky, které se váží k tématu. První část práce nám nabídne pohled na branné spolky jako jednu z variant zájmového vzdělávání, které je pokládáno za součást celoživotního učení. Představíme tradice branných spolků na našem území a ohlédneme se za historickými souvislostmi, které ovlivňovaly vznik a fungování těchto spolků. Dále se budeme věnovat představení struktury a specializace široké nabídky branných spolků. Součástí tohoto teoretického úseku je i nastínění vývoje branné výchovy u nás a současnost branné přípravy i v okolních zemích. Praktická část, přináší náhled na vnímání významu branných spolků a na smysl členství v branných spolcích z pohledu jejich členů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the importance of conscription associations in education with a specific location of the Zlín Region. The theoretical part presents the theoretical background and basic concepts related to the issue of andragogy, which is related to the topic. Defence associations could be viewed as one of possible variants in leisure education, which is a part of lifelong learning. We will present the traditions of defence associations in our country and look at the historical context that influenced the formation and functioning of these associations. In addition, we will be presenting the structure and specialization of a wide range of defense associations. Part of this theoretical section is also outlining the evolution of defence training in our country and the current defence training in the neighboring countries. The practical part brings insight into the perception of the importance of defence associations and the sense of membership in defence associations from the perspective of their members.
