Mature Person as a Psychological Categorie

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá zralostí osobnosti, která patří k psychologickým kategoriím, které nebyly dosud dostatečně rozpracovány. Zaměřuje se na analýzu pojmu zralost a dalších souvisejících pojmů. Vychází ze známých teorií osobnosti, v úvahu je bráno biologické a ontogenetické hledisko zrání a jsou diskutovány pohledy současných autorů na zralost osobnosti. Jedná se o explorativní výzkum, který byl proveden formou rozhovorů u homogenního vzorku populace a poté na základě obsahové analýzy byl vytvořen profil zralé osobnosti.

Abstract:

This study examines a personal maturity. It is one of the psychological categories which has not been developed properly yet. It focuses on analysis of a concept of a maturity and other related concepts. It starts from the well known theories of a person. There are also considered biologic and ontogenetic aspects. There are discused different points of view of the now a days autors on a matur person. It is an explorative research which is performed as an interview with a homogeneous sample of population. As a result there was made a psychological profile of a mature person on a base of a content analysis.
