Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření plánu nakládání se statkem zapsaným na Seznam světového dědictví, nazývaný Management Plan. Pro vytvoření Management Planu je třeba analýza nabídky a poprávky po cestovním ruchu, krátká situační analýza a analýza financování památek UNESCO. K naplnění cílu práce je využito metod analýzy, deskripce a syntézy výstupů analýz. V závěrečné části je navrhnut soubor opatření, které napomohou zlepšení stavu z hlediska ochrany památek v Holašovicích.

Abstract:

The aim of this Master's Dissertation is to create a plan for management of a property listed on the World Heritage List, called the Management Plan. To create a Management Plan, you need to analyze your offer and compass for tourism, a brief situation analysis and UNESCO's monument fundraising analysis. The methods of analysis, description and synthesis of analysis outputs are used to fulfill the aim of the thesis. The final part proposes a set of measures that will help to improve the state in terms of the protection of monuments in Holašovice.
