Abstract:
Práce se zabývá zajišťovacími instrumenty ve vazbě na úvěrování podnikatelů, přitom se zaměřuje na segment malých a středních podnikatelů. Podává výčet zajišťovacích instrumentů, stručně pojednává o jejich právním rámci a dopadech na realizaci (zpeněžování) některých frekventovaných zajišťovacích instrumentů zajištěnými věřiteli.
