Diplomová práce na téma "Vyvlastnění pozemků a staveb" je členěna do sedmi hlavních kapitol. První kapitola s názvem Obecná východiska vyvlastnění obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů a rozdělení expropriačních titulů. Druhá kapitola rozebírá podmínky vyvlastnění.
