Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Internetové obchodování – kontraktace a ochrana spotřebitele“ je rozbor jednotlivých fází procesu kontraktace v prostředí internetu z právního hlediska vzhledem ke zvláštnostem tohoto komunikačního prostředku a dále analýza právních nástrojů ochrany spotřebitele v průběhu kontraktačního procesu probíhajícího za použití internetu.

Abstract:

The subject of the submitted bachalor thesis: “Internet commerce – contracting and consumer protection” is to analyse the parts of the contracting process on the internet from the legal point of view with regard to the particularities of this mean of communication and to study the instruments of consumer protection during the contracting process using the internet.
