Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z odvětví rytmické gymnastiky, dětského aerobiku, struktury cvičební lekce pro děti, věkových zákonitostí v období předškolního a mladšího školního věku a praktickou část návrhů cvičebních pohybových jednotek.
Abstract:
Bachelor work contains information about rhythmic gymnastics, children's aerobics, about structure of the fitness classes for children, about age patterns in the preschool and early school age and the practical part the different variations of training units.
