Application of the proportionality indices in Belgian constituencies
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá volebním systémem Belgie mezi lety 1995 až 2010 se zaměřením na disproporcionalitu jeho volebních obvodů. Stručně je zde vysvětlena problematika proporcionality a způsobů jejího měření a následně je popsán belgický volební systém s provedením analýzy voleb od roku 1995 do roku 2010.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the electoral system in Belgium between years 1995 and 2010 focusing on the disproporcionality of its constituencies.There is a short explanation of problems with proportionality and the ways how to measure it. It‘s following by a decription of Belgian electoral system with analysis of elections from 1995 till 2010.
