Investment Options Population in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je utřídit a srozumitelnou formou předat začínajícímu investorovi informace potřebné k proniknutí do tématu odkládání volných peněz, tak aby dosáhl zajímavého zhodnocení při rozumné míře rizika. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat možné alternativy, prostřednictvím kterých běžný člověk vstupuje na kapitálový trh a stává se potenciálně drobným investorem. Poskytnout určitý nadhled v jednotlivých možnostech a pomoci mu tak zvolit vhodný nástroj pro zhodnocení jeho prostředků. Dílčím cílem je připravit případného investora na možné obtíže spojené s výkyvy na trhu. V závěrečné části pak na reálných datech analyzovat a zhodnotit vývoj pravidelné a jednorázové investice ve stejném časovém období.

Abstract:

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to categorize and in a comprehensive way impart to a beginning investor the information, which is crucial for penetrating the topic of putting away money in a way, in which he or she achieves an interesting appreciation at a reasonable rate of risk. The main aim is to analyse possible alternatives, in which ways an ordinary person enters the capital markets and becomes potentially a small investor. To provide a certain perspective in the options and help him or her find a suitable tool for appreciation of his or her means. A partial goal is to prepare the prospective investor for possible difficulties connected with the fluctuation on the market. The target of the final part is to analyse the real data and assess the development of a regular and a one-time investment during the same period of time.
