Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá úrokom, ako cenou peňazí v bankovníctve. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na vymedzenie základných teoretických pojmov – peniaze, úrok, úroková sadzba a miera a vymedzenie ich prístupov zaznamenaných v ekonomickej teórií. Druha kapitola analyzuje úrok na príklade hypotekárneho úveru, kde charakterizujeme jeho črty, účel poskytnutia a členenie podľa rôznych hľadísk. Dôraz je postavený …more
