Inbreeding Depression in the Human Population
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je objasnit problematiku inbreedingu. Porovnat situaci v historii a současnosti, s příklady některých dědičných onemocnění. Součástí práce je i praktická část mapující zkušenost laboratoří a nakládání s inbredními vzorky pacientů. Závěr práce je zaměřen na konkrétní molekulárně genetické přístupy diagnostiky dědičných onemocnění.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to clarify the issue of inbreeding. It compares the situation in history and the present, with examples of some hereditary diseases. The work also includes a practical part mapping the experience of laboratories and the handling of inbred patient samples.
