Výskyt viru hepatitidy E v biologických vzorcích prasete domácího a možné cesty kontaminace potravin

Abstract:
Virus hepatitidy E (HEV) je neobalený RNA virus. Genom HEV je tvořen nesegmentovaným řetězcem RNA s pozivní polaritou, tento řetězec je na svém 3konci polyadenylován a 5konec je strukturálně charakterizován tzv. čepičkou. Abstract:
Hepatitis E virus (HEV)is a small non-enveloped virus with 7,2kb genom that is capped and polyadenylated. HEV is classified in a genus Hepevirus. HEV is a major cause of outbreaks and sporadic cases of viral hepatitis in many countries of Asia and Africa.
