Price milk factors
Abstract:
Cílem práce je identifikace faktorů, které ovlivňují cenu mléka. Práce se zabývá vnitřními a vnějšími ekonomickými vlivy při produkci a zpracování mléka, které analyzujeme, abychom zjistili tržní sílu a jednotlivé tržní podíly s přidanou hodnotu mezičlánků na komoditní vertikály v rámci dodovatelsko-odběratelských vztazích v mléčném odvětví.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to identify the factors that affect the price of milk. The work examines internal and external economic factor in milk production and processing, which we analyze to determine market power and individual market shares with added value of intermediate links in the supply-customer relationship in the dairy sector.
