Anotace:

Diploma thesis is dedicated to management and controlling in small and medium enterprises with main focus on marketing. Interest in marketing is increasing as many companies understand that marketing management help them to maintain their market position. The theoretical part presents the main aspects of management and controlling, explains the basic terms of strategic and operational planning as well as controlling. Practical part is dedicated to the analysis of EcoPan Eastern Europe, s.r.o. company, its objectives, management and controlling processes.
