Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu vnímání smysluplnosti života mladých dospělých v kontextu copingových strategií. Popisujeme vývojovou fázi mladé dospělosti, téma smysluplnosti života, stresu a blíže se zaměřujeme na copingové strategie. Jako cílovou skupinu jsme vybrali osoby ve věku 25-35 let. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of perception of the meaningful life of young adults in the context of coping strategies. We describe the developmental phase of young adulthood, the topic of the meaningfulness of life, stress and we focus in more detail on coping strategies.
