Municipal bankruptcy: Background, experience and possibilities (international comparison)
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním bankrotu obcí. Danou problematiku jsme analyzovali z pohledu legislativy a ekonomického hlediska v ČR. V práci jsme se také zabývali komparací legislativy v ostatních státech. Práce je zaměřena na výhody a nevýhody právní úpravy municipálního bankrotu v systému veřejné správy.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the investigation of municipal bankruptcy. We analyzed the given issue in terms of legislation and economic aspects in the Czech Republic. We also looked at the comparison of legislation in other countries. The thesis focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of legal regulation of municipal bankruptcy in the public administration system.
