Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na látky narušující hormonální rovnováhu živých organismů. Specificky se věnuje ftalátům, tedy skupině látek se širokým použitím, které se ve znepokojivých koncentracích nacházejí v prostředí i živých organismech a jejichž působení je spojováno s reprotoxicitou, kardiotoxicitou, hepatotoxicitou a nefrotoxicitou. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on endocrine disrupting chemicals, specifically phthalates. Phthalates are substances with a broad range of potential applications which have been found in considerably high concentrations both in the environmental matrices and human tissues and shown to be reprotoxic, cardiotoxic, hepatotoxic and nephrotoxic.
