Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá důsledkem duality vedení spisu v exekučním řízení. V tomto působí dva orgány – exekuční soud a soudní exekutor, přičemž práce předkládá shrnutí právní úpravy jak obecně vztahující se k exekučnímu řízení, tak zvlášť uvedenou k vedení spisu, zastupování a doručování. This thesis deals with the duality result of file-keeping in enforcement proceedings. Two public authority are involved - the execution court and judicial enforcement official.
