The thesis focuses on data management platforms for displaying whole-slide images of digital pathology. The goal was to find replacement for application of virtual microscope, used within the atlases.muni.cz portal. Diplomová práca sa zameriava na systémy pre správu a zobrazovanie rozsiahlych snímok digitálnej patológie. Cieľom bolo nájsť náhradu pre aplikáciu virtuálneho mikroskopu, využívaného v rámci portálu atlases.muni.cz.
